My yoga journey began when I was a teenager and used to go to classes at a local sports hall with one of my Mum’s friends. I didn’t really know what I was doing at the time, but I loved the sense of spaciousness it gave me.
It wasn’t until I was travelling in Australia later on and began a regular practice that I really fell in love with yoga. I have found the biggest thing that yoga gives me is an appreciation for life, feeling of connection and ability to notice the small things - and I’d love to be able to share this with you!
I am trained in Vinyasa and Yin, and my teaching style flows between fluid, dynamic movements to slower, longer holds that allow time to explore the sensations of the poses. My aim through teaching is for students to leave my classes feeling rested, relaxed and a little bit lighter.

Description
A class of two halves! This 75-minute practice is designed to help you reset and unwind. We'll begin with an energising Vinyasa flow to build some heat before gradually slowing into deeper stretches and longer holds. We'll close by settling into a longer savasana to support deep rest, allowing tension in the mind and body to gently unravel.
