I completed my 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training and 50-hour Yin Yoga training in Goa, India, where I deepened my understanding of yoga as both a physical and internal practice. I’ve been living in Bristol for over five years, and I’m passionate about sharing the gift of yoga with others in my community. To me, yoga is about more than movement, it’s a way to connect mind, body, and energy, creating space for balance, calm, and clarity in a busy world. My teaching blends energising Hatha with slower, restorative practices to support both strength and deep rest. I aim to help people feel more grounded, more at ease in their bodies, and more connected to themselves, both on and off the mat.

Description

A calming Monday evening yoga class designed to help you unwind and sleep better.

We begin with gentle movement to release tension from the body, followed by longer held yin-style postures to deeply relax muscles and calm the nervous system. The class finishes with yoga nidra to guide you into a deeply restful state.

Perfect if you struggle to switch off at night, feel physically tight, or want to improve the quality of your sleep.
