Over a decade ago, I joined my first yoga class. Over time, the practice grew in importance to me, reaching far beyond the physical postures into a more reflective and mindful way of being. It became less about what I do on the mat and more about how I carry that awareness into life. This ongoing journey has helped me find greater presence, patience and self-inquiry. What I love more than anything is to share my teachings and spread the wisdom that has been passed down to me over the years. I’m passionate about creating a space where you can reconnect with yourself, explore your edge with compassion, and experience yoga as more than just movement—but as a pathway to inner-peace. In 2020, I completed my first Hatha yoga teacher training, and went on to complete a 300-hour training in Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa at the end of 2024. My teaching is rooted in the ancient traditions of yoga, blending mindful movement, breath, and awareness to support both strength and inner balance.
