Sound bath offers the opportunity to process and let go of any stresses, physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually.

The sounds are lovingly composed by Camilla Hamblin from the Crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, Gong, Koshi chimes, Monochord, music and light percussion.

This event is held twice a month.
