This Saturday workshop will explore yogic breathwork (pranayama) and its power over negative states of mind, such as anxiety, stress and depression. We'll help you recognise your habitual breathing patterns and use the simple tools of yoga to help rebalance your whole being, especially in difficult stressful situations. The workshop is guided by the experienced Senior yoga teacher and Teachers trainer, Irina Pashkevich.
