This workshop explores all postures from Urdhva Dhanurasana to Utpluthi (16 sequences), including the four key parts of the Finishing Sequence: Salamba Sarvangasana, Sirsasana, Padmasana with Pranayama, and Savasana. We will focus on postural techniques, alignment, and preparations for challenging poses, offering adaptations for different body types and practice levels. The session also highlights the energetic aspects of the practice, including Pranayama and Kriya, providing practical guidance to refine your practice, build confidence, and deepen your understanding of the Finishing Sequences.
