Vinyasa based 60min class designed to awaken the body in the morning and provide you with an active start to your day. No previous yoga experience needed.
What to expect: guided breathing practice followed by medium paced combination of yoga poses with focus on alignment, stability and mind-body awareness. This class will set the tone for your day like nothing else. Complimentary espresso or green tea after the class.
