Perfect if you're new to yoga or returning after a break. This 45-minute class introduces you to foundational postures, simple breathing techniques, and mindful movement in a calm and supportive environment. Expect clear guidance, a gentle pace, and plenty of options to meet you where you are.
What to wear: Comfortable clothing you can move and stretch in.
What to bring: A water bottle. Mats are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer
