Description
Rasa Yoga is fusion of both form and flow. Using leading edge biomechanics, functional anatomy, and creative patterns of movement to support optimal strength, flexibility, and vitality in the body temple.
Rasa Yoga is a modern yoga school that honours the roots of yoga and is committed to the equity and inclusion of all. We are dedicated to the Alchemy of Yoga and the Artistry of Life.
Rasa is a Sanskrit word that means “essence, juice, taste, nectar and fulfillment of the soul.”
Rasa Yoga is a soulful fusion of asana, mantra, mudra, myth, pranayama, meditation, functional anatomy, Tantric yoga philosophy, shadow work, and soul alchemy.

Each class is unique & every month we will focus on a Deities .
Unleash your courage by invoking DURGA , the Goddess of war , protection and strength .
Her legend centres around combating evils and demonic forces that threaten peace, prosperity, and Dharma the power of good over evil.
Durga is also a fierce form of the protective mother goddess, who unleashes her divine wrath against the wicked for the liberation of the oppressed, and entails destruction to empower creation.
Om Dum Durgayei Namaha is the mantra dedicated to Durga, addressing her as compassionate to those who are virtuous, yet fierce to those who are untruthful. There is no direct translation of this mantra, but each Sanskrit word has a specific spiritual or symbolic significance: Om is the universal sound vibration of all creation.
Through this practice , we will learn Mudra , Mantra & Pranayama weaves in a Rasa Yoga Flow Asana , we will focus on strengthening our upper body , shoulders and wrist . Learning how to unleash our courageous heart in the name of love .
