Welcome to Day 1 of the Self-Care Challenge for Busy Mums!
During this short practice we’ll create and expand the space in the body and mind. This will be especially beneficial for those of us who spend a lot of time in front of a screen, slouching or sitting with poor posture. We will focus on opening the chest, shoulders and hips, increasing room and improving the range of motion.
When we open up, we make way for new things ✨
👉🏽 Suggested props for this practice:
– a yoga mat
– a bolster or rolled thick blanket
– two blocks
– a strap, belt or scarf
Don’t forget to read, reflect and complete the first step of the workbook, as it is an instance of yoga off the mat and an important part of the challenge 📒
