Welcome to Day 4 of the Self-Care Challenge for Busy Mums!

We’re almost there! Today we’ll focus on cultivating a healthy habit. Our mantra is “I regularly do things that bring me joy” 😀

Nurturing a daily yoga practice – whether it’s asana, breath work, meditation, journaling or any other path to self-development – takes a good deal of effort. Creating a good habit needs time, patience, conviction and discipline. Is not easy!
Think about how you will feel afterwards, consider the benefits and you will find it easier to stick to it.

Invite a friend to practice with you (you can share this challenge!) so that you can support one another.
