Yoga for Makers

You may have heard that "knitting is the new yoga" but what about the aches and pains you sometimes feel in your neck, upper back and shoulders after devoting a good few hours to your favourite craft?
Besides a yoga teacher I'm also a textile designer so I decided to create a short yoga sequence especially for knitters, crocheters, embroiderers, fibre artists and makers in general with tense shoulders and neck.
This series of movements will help relieve your hands and wrists, open and relax your chest, upper back and neck and, if done repeatedly, improve your posture. You don't need to be flexible, fit, have a special outfit, props or leave your room! It will take you less than 15 minutes and it will be well worth it.
