Welcome to Day 3 of the Self-Care Challenge for Busy Mums!
You’ve reached the halfway point of the challenge! 🎉
Today we’ll take a moment to unwind and rest, and the affirmation I chose for this practice is: “I allow myself to rest and restore my energy”.
This is an invitation to step back, pause, connect with your senses, turn the attention inwards and observe calmly 😌
👉🏽 Suggested props for this practice:
– a yoga mat
Additionally you’ll need:
– your favourite essential oils (optional)
– a carrier oil (a base oil in which the essential oils are diluted). It can be olive, coconut or sweet almond oil, preferably organic. Check for allergies and contraindications before using them!
Dilute 18 drops of the essential oil into 30 ml of carrier oil (2% dilution), bottle in a dark glass container and label it.
