I have over 25 years of experience working with all types of bodies, through Health Coaching, yoga and Body Therapy. My mission is to offer safe, accessible and empowering, retreats, classes and coaching to all women. When we connect with ourselves and begin the healing journey, transformation happens in every area of our lives. Relationships, health, careers, pleasure and enjoyment of life. I am a qualified menopause and peri-menopause coach. I am also a certified Health and lifestyle Coach having studied with the International Institute of Nutrition (IIN). I am a Level 6 Registered Massage therapist with Massage New Zealand. I have also had the joy of training with many different YOGA teachers from around the world such as Jo Phee, Donna Farhi, Sandra Sabatini and many others. I love what I do and being able to help and support people on their journey to wholeness integrating health coaching, body work and movement on their journey..

Together, we’ll explore pranayama (breathwork) and gentle, continuous movement that flows seamlessly from one posture to the next. Expect a grounded, spacious practice that nurtures both body and mind.
