I'm passionate about movement and plant-powered nutrition, with a deep appreciation for nature and a commitment to sustainable living. My love extends to all beings—animals and humans alike! I hold certification in Plant-Based Nutrition from the Dr. T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and am a certified instructor of the Bodylight®️ method, which beautifully fuses Pilates, yoga, qigong, and mindfulness. Currently, I'm completing my Polestar matwork Pilates teacher training and absolutely loving every moment of both practising and teaching. I'm excited to connect with you, share knowledge and wisdom, and enjoy some great conversations along the way.

Description

A gentle, empowering mat-based Pilates class, focusing on strengthening the pelvic floor, lower back, shoulders, and neck.
This class is open to everyone and is especially great for postnatal recovery.

Led with a physiotherapy-informed approach, this class is designed to help you:
Rebuild core and pelvic floor strength
Improve posture and mobility
Ease tension in the neck, back, and shoulders
Move with confidence and care
Reconnect with your body, your breath, and others — in a warm, joyful, and welcoming space. Make this time for some well-deserved self love and care.
