I'm passionate about movement and plant-powered nutrition, with a deep appreciation for nature and a commitment to sustainable living. My love extends to all beings—animals and humans alike! I hold certification in Plant-Based Nutrition from the Dr. T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and am a certified instructor of the Bodylight®️ method, which beautifully fuses Pilates, yoga, qigong, and mindfulness. Currently, I'm completing my Polestar matwork Pilates teacher training and absolutely loving every moment of both practising and teaching. I'm excited to connect with you, share knowledge and wisdom, and enjoy some great conversations along the way.

Through intentional slow pacing, focused breath, and precise alignment, we journey deep into the mind-body connection. You will build strength from the inside out, dramatically improve your posture, and create a level of mobility that unlocks more resilience and freedom in your movement.

This class welcomes absolute beginners and experienced movers alike who want to dedicate time to mastering their alignment and enjoying a deeply restorative yet effective workout.
