Welcome to Fyziolates with Kami! I'm a certified Pilates instructor with a degree in physiotherapy, and I have a genuine passion for movement, health optimisation, and longevity. Thanks to my background in physiotherapy, I bring a deeper understanding of the human body into every session, from anatomy and biomechanics to the complexity of the musculoskeletal system. This allows me to guide my clients through safe, effective, and mindful movement, with a focus on proper alignment, core strength, and overall body balance. I love adapting my classes to suit each individual’s needs — whether you're just starting out, managing physical limitations, or looking to improve your strength and mobility. As a dedicated biohacker, I'm always exploring new ways to support health and longevity through smart movement and a holistic lifestyle.
