Bruce Davies born and raised Aoteroa comes from a background of professional sports and functional training specialising in rehab and strength and conditioning. Having lived in London and Australia for 20 years he has a passion for helping people to feel good in their bodies and minds. He Intuitively leads his classes and is able to guide and assist everyone with an innate knowledge of Anatomy and functional movement, yoga and breath work.

Our Yoga for Men class offers accessible movement, functional strength-building, mobility work, and mindfulness practices tailored to the male body and mind. Whether you’re tight from sport or work, managing stress, or just curious to give yoga a go — you are welcome here.

Guided in a down-to-earth, supportive environment, you’ll build flexibility, improve posture, and calm the nervous system — all while connecting back to your body and to what truly matters.
