I began my yoga journey at the age of 18, drawn to the calm, strength, and self-awareness it offered. Over the years, my personal practice deepened and evolved, eventually leading me to pursue formal training. In 2020, I completed my trauma informed yoga teacher training with John and Nicole at Raw Yoga, which shaped the heart of my teaching approach - compassionate, inclusive, and grounded in awareness. Since then I've been focusing on creating safe and nuturing spaces where individuals can reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and find moments of stillness and strength. My classes often blend mindful movement, breathwork, and gentle guidance to support emotional and physical wellbeing. Whether your new to yoga or returning to your mat, I invite you to join me in a practice that honours where you are, just as you are.
