Bruce Davies born and raised Aoteroa comes from a background of professional sports and functional training specialising in rehab and strength and conditioning. Having lived in London and Australia for 20 years he has a passion for helping people to feel good in their bodies and minds.
He Intuitively leads his classes and is able to guide and assist everyone with an innate knowledge of Anatomy and functional movement, yoga and breath work.
Description
A space for men to release tension, reconnect with their bodies, and quiet the mind. Through functional movement to support mobility and ease, combined with yoga practices that explore breath and mindful movement, we cultivate balance, strength, and freedom.
