A gentle Hatha informed practice especially for people who use their bodies all week! Unwind from a hard work week of physical labor or computer time with gentle movements specifically curated to strengthen the body and balance overworked places. Afterwards drop into deep relaxation with Yoga nidra, a short practice to balance the hemispheres of the brain and decompress the nervous system.
