Together we gather in community to harness the energy of the new moon, refreshing, resetting, and nourishing our body from the inside-out. We join in circle with intention, supporting ourselves as powerfully as we support one another. Christie will guide the container through grounding meditation + powerfully cleansing and clarifying breathwork, afterwards supporting integration with a deeply restorative Himalayan sound bath.
