Develop strength, balance, mobility, and endurance in this one hour class. Choose your level of challenge -- options will be provided-- in this mix of yoga, cardio, and balance in motion practices. The playlist is spunky, the practice fiery, with a generous warm-up and cool down. Take an hour to keep yourself able to do the things that you love to do.
