Qigong is a series of gentle standing and sitting movements and meditations to connect with our own life force to cultivate energy and self- healing.

Qigong focuses on energy cultivation and self- healing. By “going inside” to connect with our own life force, we can learn to harmonize, and cleanse our energy , and remove blockages and stagnation. We energize our Dantiens, (energy centers) , and move Qi through our meridians through gentle standing and sitting postures .

This class emphasizes balance, mindfulness, and breath while moving through traditional Hatha Yoga postures. Each pose is held with intention, allowing time to deeply connect with the body and breath. The pace is slow and steady, giving space to experience the full benefits of each posture. Emphasis is placed on conscious breathing throughout, and the class concludes with a calming, restorative Savasana. Perfect for those looking to cultivate inner stillness and focus.
