This class focuses on restorative poses and movement to unwind tightness in the body and show some love towards deep connective tissue and fascia. We will do around 5 minutes of abs half-way through the class, with an option to lay in a restorative pose instead. This class is recommended to everyone and anyone! 60 minutes.
