Description
We will start with a flowing movement to warm and loosen, followed by targeted deep stretching to prepare our bodies for the balancing poses. Then we will break down some of the more elusive balancing poses to make them feel more approachable. Target poses include hand to big toe posture, bird of paradise, crow, baby grasshopper, half moon to revolved half moon and more. Any others you are interested in?
