In this multi dimensional workshop we explore the energetics and physical attributes of the 7 main chakras and then create a hands on meditative beaded charm. This can be used as a necklace, earrings, keychain or ornament. We will learn about the physical and energetic anatomy and experience our practice through this lens. We will explore yoga poses, breathing techniques and sounds that help us stay balanced and healthy in each of these centers as well as how we relate to ourselves and the world.
