This is a fun, energetic, intermediate-level workshop for those with no major injuries. We will start with a flowing movement to warm and loosen, followed by targeted deep stretching to prepare our bodies for the balancing poses. Then we will break down some of the elusive balancing poses to make them feel more approachable. Target poses include hand-to-big-toe posture, bird of paradise, crow, baby grasshopper, half moon to revolved half moon, and more. $30
