Have you been practicing yoga consistently for a minimum of 6 months, have the sun salutations down, and want a deeper dive? Are you ready for a physically challenging class to develop greater strength, flexibility, and balance? Each class in this series will start with approximately 5 min of mindfulness, a Sanskrit Vocab word for contemplation/ intention setting & pranayama, 45 minutes of asana (strong flow, arm balances, standing balancing poses), deep stretch, and rest/ short meditation.
