About the Music:


Tarek has been offering sound baths for the last decade! These days Music keeps him traveling, inside and out of the country. This is a special limited series while he has time off from retreats. Didgeridoo, guitar, singing, drums, handpan, singing bowls, drums, flutes, and more, are all guides to pull you deeper into your consciousness. To open up doorways of inspiration, healing, and connection.

There will be an hour of musical journey as well as a brief meditation Sliding scale of 22-33$. It is called a sound bath because you will be floating in the vibration of these instruments! Maybe that won't make sense until you experience it.

The music is here to help you hear your heart. It creates a sacred space for you to explore your inner essence, to see what needs space to be expressed in the imagination, music helps us access what we need inside. Some have full visionary experiences, you might fall asleep (the best rest you can get!), or find yourself somewhere in between, though everyone leaves with nervous systems regulated and relaxed.
