Our Naturopathic Doctor, Lara Plecher and Julia Buggy, Holistic Nutrition Educator and Vegan Extraordinaire are teaming up to offer a Whole 30 Plant-based support group.
Join us at one of our 2 intro meetings (snacks provided!)
Sun Feb 23rd at 1 pm or
Tues Feb 25th @ 6:30 pm,
to learn about the benefits for your heart, overall wellness, earth care and so much more. Please share with your friends who may be interested in joining.
This Support Group will include four Potlucks with a food demo/ cooking lesson beforehand and approx. 30 min Health Talk w/ Dr. Lara after we eat. The 30 days will be March 3- April 1st and will culminate in a celebratory potluck full of vegan delights. Please respond if you are interested in learning more or joining us. Exact dates and times TBD depending on member feedback. The location will depend on how many people join our group.
The cost will be a sliding scale so that is not a barrier to committing. $30 for just the intro talk and Inspiration Text group and $100+ to include all the classes/ potlucks and lectures.
Dr. Lara Plecher, ND
Dr. Lara is known for her innovative and compassionate approach to natural
medicine. With over 20 years of experience as a Naturopathic Doctor, she is
deeply committed to getting to know her patients and empowering them to unlock
their full potential. Her approach is rooted in research and a holistic
understanding of health. Over the years, Dr. Lara has come to believe that living
a plant-based lifestyle provides a powerful foundation for lasting health and
wellness. Her great passion is empowering people to lead Happy, Healthy, and
Inspiring Lives!
Education and Experience
Dr. Lara graduated as a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University
in2005. Prior to attending Bastyr University, Dr. Lara, received a Bachelor of
Science and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Dr. Lara
founded The Natural Health Clinic where she specializes in the natural treatment of chronic conditions. Dr. Lara’s practice focuses on the whole person and supporting the
body’s innate ability to heal itself.
