5-Week Beginner Yoga Series

Wednesdays @ 5 pm

This series is designed for those who are getting back to their practice after a break or as beginners. A calm evening for those who want to take their time getting into poses, focusing on proper alignment with modifications. Enjoy deep stretching and leave feeling relaxed. We will cover the fundamental poses as well as a brief overview of the history and philosophy of Yoga.



Week 1- Roots of Yoga, Grounding Poses

Week 2- 8 Limbs of Yoga, Legs

Week 3- Props and How to Use Them, Pelvis, Hips and Twists

Week 4- 5 Kleshas, Empowerment/ Warrior Poses

Week 5- Heart Opening and Backbends
