Description
We will start with some grounding techniques to help us get into our bodies while connecting with Nature. Deep breathing to connect to the Air element. Then, we will transition into flowing movement, connecting to the element of Water to lubricate the joints and loosen the muscles. Followed by targeted deep stretching to prepare our bodies for balancing poses. We will break down some of the more elusive balancing poses to make them feel more approachable and set energetic roots as we invite connection to the plants and Earth Element. Outdoors, weather permiting, Blue Mtn. Yoga+ as a backup location. Finally the internal awarenss of Tapas (heat) comes into play as we honor the element of Fire. Suggested contribution $25
