Description

As the season begins to turn, you’re invited to slow down, settle in and welcome the shift into autumn.

This 90-minute seasonal practice is a chance to gather your energy inward, reconnect with your body and create a little more warmth and spaciousness within.

We’ll begin quietly with grounding meditation and conscious breath, arriving fully in the present moment. From there, we’ll gradually awaken the body with slow, warming and embodied movement—encouraging circulation, mobility and a sense of steadiness without rushing or pushing.

As the practice unfolds, we’ll transition into supported restorative postures, using props to help the body soften and release unnecessary effort. Expect longer holds, conscious relaxation and plenty of space to simply be supported.

We’ll finish with a period of deep rest, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to absorb the practice.

And then… there’s no need to rush away.

Stay for a warm cuppa—tea or coffee—and a few nourishing homemade bites, with time to connect, chat and enjoy the slower rhythm of a Sunday morning.
