This short practice will be manly focusing on activate parasympathetic nervous system - our "rest, digest & healing" system. Cultivating stillness and a conscious breath so that body can regenerate.

Through awareness of your breathing, support of the props, deep relaxation and gently stretching of floor based Restorative poses, after this 30mins practice, your body will feel totally relaxed and renewed.

Everyone is welcome. No experience needed.
You will need:
1 pillow
1 - 2 blankets
1 yoga bolster ( if you haven't got one yet, prepare additional a couple of cushions )
1 eye pillow ( any eye covering will do e.g. scarf )
and, just yourself exactly as you are
