We will move in a slow paced, through slow transitions in standing pose to bring a flexibility, strength and warmth into your body, connection to the Earth, a sense of feeling grounded including few seated poses too. Incorporating cooling breathing technique and more restful poses, to ease the body and mind, to feel more restored, and bringing yourself to a place of balance.
