We Yoga and Bedford Park Run, once a month. This is our 1st Yoga + Run in 2022. Join us! :-)

It will be 35mins of Mandala Vinyasa Flow then, we will meet up for 5K in Bedford Park Run. Join us! We will still have 10mins after running for a good deep stretch in the Park which I will be leading. No yoga mat needed!

About Saturday morning yoga -
we with focus on breath and movement connection, circling 360 degrees around the mat. In Mandala Vinyasa practices, we focus on chosen element to bring connection between you and each element of the Universe. Each element corresponds to specific chakra and group muscles.

Suitable more for those who have some previous experience in yoga. Not necessarily in Mandala Vinyasa style but as long as you have few months of regular yoga practice. We usually take a slow paced, so do come along and try it out and take your own pace.
