Start Sunday with this calmer, slower pace yoga practice to connect to your own unique being. And, connecting to a nature - as we will be practicing in the park.
Accessing a deep nourishment for your mind, body and soul through slow and loving movements, gentle breath work, a time for meditation and relaxation.
Gentle yoga can be relaxing, relieves stress, increase flexibility, calms the mind and help enhance range of motion.
Suitable for all abilities whether you have been practicing for while and need more mindful, slow and relaxing yoga and also for those who are completely new to yoga.
In case of bad weather, we will be moving in the studio. You will get notification on your phone a day before where yoga will happening.
