Step into the cosy, spacious Ravensden Village Hall for about 90 minutes sanctuary of rest and resonance.
Julia will guide you through gentle, slow, supported Restorative yoga poses and Sleeping yoga (Yoga Nidra) — a deep relaxation practice using guided meditation to help your body and mind release tension.
During the session, singing bowls and other soothing instruments will be played by Magda, creating a healing soundscape that washes over you.
As you lie down comfortably, these vibrations help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and promote deep physical and mental relaxation. The combination of Yoga Nidra and live sound can shift brainwave frequencies toward theta and delta states, helping you experience profound rest — sometimes even dream-like states — leaving you calm, restored, and revitalised.
No experience is needed. This evening is about slowing down, receiving, and allowing yourself to be restored. Most props are provided — bring your favourite cosy layers and, once you book, you will receive a confirmation email what to bring.
Afterwards, enjoy light healthy bites and herbal teas, a chance to gently ground and connect before heading home.
