As the year comes to a close, take time to pause, breathe, and reconnect.

Join me for a special 75-minute yoga journey designed to help you release the old and welcome the new, in this slow yoga flow — moving gently from fire to stillness.

We’ll begin by kindling inner warmth through mindful movement, flowing with intention to awaken energy and strength. Then we’ll gradually soften into deeper stretches, soothing breathwork, and a long, grounding Savasana to restore body and mind.

This practice will weave together:

🌬️ Conscious breathing to balance and center
🧘‍♀️ Asanas to build heat, strength, and release
🪶 Meditation & reflection to invite clarity
🌙 Extended rest to melt into stillness and peace

We close with 1 OM together to be connected, to stay connected... a moment to share presence and gratitude as we close the year together. 🙏

Open to all levels. Come as you are — leave feeling grounded, light, and ready to welcome the new year with a calm, open heart.
