Description
A unique 90-minute Immersion designed to foster deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and healing of both mind and body.
We begin with gentle, slow movements that encourage you to reconnect with your body, enhancing self-awareness and internal healing. From there, we move into a deeply restorative practice, gradually shifting our attention from movement into stillness and cultivating a deeper awareness of the breath.
Through slow, conscious breathing and gentle breathwork, we create conditions that support vagal stimulation — helping the body move towards a state of calm, regulation, digestion, recovery, and restoration. The breath becomes an anchor: a way to soften, slow down, and reconnect with the body’s natural capacity to settle.
The restorative practice is an invitation to simply be. Poses are held for extended periods, fully supported by cosy blankets, cushions, and bolsters, allowing the body to release effort and the mind to become quieter. Rather than striving for a particular shape or outcome, we focus on sensing — noticing the breath, physical sensations, subtle shifts, and what is present within.
Deep rest. Conscious relaxation. A practice that meets your body exactly where it is.
“Slowing down is another way of waking up.”
This immersion is an opportunity to slow down enough to truly listen. To step away from constant doing and come back to the experience of being fully present in your body. As you move, breathe, rest, and become more aware, you may discover a deeper sense of inner peace and a greater connection to yourself.
The practice supports resilience not through pushing harder, but through learning to regulate, soften, recover, and access the body as a resource for emotional balance and wellbeing.
Each session concludes with a period of deep rest and integration — leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, centred, and more connected to yourself.
Home-made plant-based dessert and herbal tea will be served at the end of the session, offering a gentle moment to reconnect and nourish yourself.
For extra comfort, please bring:
Yoga bolster, a cushion, 2-3 blankets, eye pillow and dress warm.
