In this workshop, we will explore one of yoga models -The 5 koshas or The 5 layers of being.

Exploring our deeper layers of our being and recognise how they each relate to one another. Through asanas, pranayama, observation and awareness of any changes throughout. We will also practice how to get into inversion safely and we will end the workshop with a short mediation. Some yoga experience would be useful but not essential. Only 8 spaces will be available.
