This a great workshop to get back to basics and strengthen your foundation.
We will go through key postures in-more depth. From each of the main groups including standing poses, forward & back bends, twists, sun salutations and working towards simple inversions. We will also concentrate on feet awareness. Exploring how you can use your feet as foundation to a correct asana alignment and a build strong foundation for your standing postures. Give your feet attention they deserve and engage your "pada bandha" - your foot lock.
Get confidence in the basic yoga poses, increase in your "pada bandha" and learn more about yogic breathing to enhance your yoga practice. Get steady by focusing on your feet, legs, breath and, observe as your foundation gets stronger, stiller and more balanced.
Suitable for all including complete beginners.
