This is Mandala Vinyasa practice with focus on "Air Element" which is the element of change, inspiration and movement.
We start once again with a few Yin poses, then moving across 360 degrees in around the mat through Vinyasa to activate the connection between you and the Air Element. Working on group muscles of quads and backbends. We finish with Yin pose .
