Pre-running morning Stretch + Bedford Park Run 5K Online

Description

We Yoga and Bedford Park Run, once a month. This will be our 3rd Yoga + Run in 2022.

In this 30mins practice, we will focus on stretch and strength in certain muscle group ( glutes, hamstrings, quads ) which will preparing you for running. Also, focus on core muscles like the obliques and rectus abdominis muscle. After, we will meet up for 5K in Bedford Park Run.

We will still have 10mins after running for a good deep stretch in the Park which I will be leading. No yoga mat needed!

If you haven't tried it yet - Yoga + Run, why not to try. Spring is after all; a time to try new things! No experience needed for running. You can walk or gentle run. There are all different levels, different ages so all are welcome.
