Description
We Yoga and Bedford Park Run, once a month. This will be our 4th Yoga this year + Run in 2022.
In this 30mins practice, we will focus on stretch and strength in muscle group ( glutes, hamstrings, quads ) which will preparing you for running. Also, focus on core muscles like the obliques and rectus abdominis muscle. After, we will meet up for 5K in Bedford Park Run. Last month, we did stretch in the park before the run. If a weather allow us, we will do the same.
Looks like Park Yoga will be happening this month... We will meet up at The Pavilion cafe, Bedford park at 8am. Bring your mat and your lovely self.
If you haven't tried it yet - Yoga + Run, why not to try. Spring is after all; a time to try new things! No experience needed for running. You can walk or gentle run. There are all different levels, different ages so all are welcome.
