Started in January this year, Park Run and Pre-Run morning Yoga. This is only once a month event, and it will be our 5th Park Run this year.

I would like to take you to the Park for early morning awakening Yoga Practice exactly as we did in April. We embrace morning sun rays, the energy of it, inhaling the fresh oxygen from beautiful Bedford park trees surrounded by. Yoga practice will focus on stretch and strength in muscle group ( glutes, hamstrings, quads ) which will preparing you for running. Also, focus on core muscles like the obliques and rectus abdominis muscle. After, we will head toward the Band Stand for 5K Run. You can choose to join only for Yoga or both. Park Run is free event.

We usually meet up 5 mins before the start time, in the Robinson pool car park. Bring your mat and your lovely self.

If you haven't tried it yet - Yoga + Run, why not to try. Spring is after all; a time to try new things! No experience needed for running. You can walk or gentle run. There are all different levels, different ages so all are welcome.
