This workshop will prepare you for the new season and busy Autumn period. The first hour we will experience Somatic Yoga ( movement therapy ) and, we will focus on slow and gentle movements with incorporating mindful breathing. You will create greater awareness with yourself through integration of body and mind and re-educate the brain so that it can relax and move the muscles more functionally.
The second hour of the workshop, we will move into stillness of few Restorative healing poses and 15 mins of Yoga Nidra. You will hopefully feel totally re-energised and rejuvenated in your body and mind for the weeks ahead.
Suitable for all particularly for those who feel that muscles have been restricted due to emotional stress, injuries or trauma or just feeling tightness everywhere in the body and in general. Everyone is welcome, no experience necessary.
