Only few Restorative poses, being in the pose for up to 10-15 mins each pose to really allow for deep relaxations with a support of the props so you can totally let go.

No experience needed. Get ready your yoga mat, 3 blankets, 2x hand towels, two yoga blocks and, a cushion. ( A yoga bolster and a eye pillow for more comfort and deeper relaxation )
