Relax, Restore, Renew and Reconnect with Restorative poses.

Join us for this 60mins practice to feel totally rested and renewed.

We will stay for up to 10-15mins in each Restorative pose to allow body and mind to relax deeply with a support of your home props. We will focus on deep breathing to help activate a parasympathetic nervous system, which also called "rest and digest" system.

No experience needed. Get ready your yoga mat, a couple of blankets, two yoga blocks and, 3 cushions. ( A yoga bolster and a eye pillow for more comfort and deeper relaxation )
